Bob started developing real estate in Livingston County more than ten years ago, after a long career leading sales teams at major tech companies. Since then, he’s developed over 120 homes, drawing on both business experience and a local perspective to deliver practical, well-planned communities that fit how people actually live.

CONSTRUCTION GENERAL MANAGER

John brings over 20 years of construction experience, including custom homes and more than 120 homes developed alongside Bob Savage. He oversees every phase of the build process, from site work to final walkthroughs, and has hands-on expertise in excavation, carpentry, and finishing. Before construction, John owned a gas station and mechanic shop in Walled Lake, where he first met the Savage family over 30 years ago.

Esteban is an Associate Broker with a background in construction and founder of the Fortitude Real Estate Team at Keller Williams. He has managed The Links community since its early stages and knows the project inside and out. With a practical, service-first approach, Esteban helps buyers navigate each step of the process with clarity and confidence.

Tommy has spent more than 30 years in the construction industry, starting as a framer before going on to build and develop spec homes across Southeast Michigan. Known for his deep knowledge of building systems and his steady, practical approach on site, Tommy brings both craftsmanship and leadership to every project. He’s approachable, dependable, and never far from a cold Vernors.
