Building Homes with Integrity, Simplicity, and Lasting Value.
At Savage Development, we build homes designed to last — with durable materials, timeless layouts, and a focus on everyday comfort. Each detail is chosen with care to create spaces that feel good now and for years to come.
We’re a family-run business with deep roots in Southeast Michigan. Bob Savage started building here in 2015, and his son Daniel later joined to help carry the vision forward. In a time when affordable, well-built homes are hard to come by, we’re focused on delivering real quality—homes we’d be proud to live in ourselves.
We partner with local tradespeople who share our commitment to doing things the right way. Our goal is to build lasting homes and lasting relationships—treating customers, subcontractors, the community, and the environment with fairness and respect.
We aim to build responsibly, make a living, and always act with integrity.
What We Stand For
Every home we build is guided by three simple principles that define Savage Development.
-
We believe the homebuilding process should feel honest and straightforward. From transparent pricing to quality craftsmanship, our commitment to integrity means no surprises — just a home you can depend on.
-
A home should work beautifully for real life, not just look good in photos. Our ranch-style and low-maintenance layouts are created to make daily living easier, more comfortable, and more enjoyable.
-
We don’t just build houses — we create neighborhoods where people can connect. With thoughtful locations, nearby amenities, and a focus on lasting value, our communities are places you’ll be proud to call home.
At Savage Development, our team blends extensive construction experience, financial expertise, and deep local knowledge to build homes that stand the test of time.
Together, we bring decades of hands-on leadership across real estate, business strategy, construction management, and property sales — all rooted in a shared commitment to quality, trust, and long-term value.
